Win Time Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Win Time. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and Win Time ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, and features available on the Win Time platform located at wintime.my.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or participating in any game or promotion offered by Win Time, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Win Time.

Win Time reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. To register and use Win Time, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Win Time strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under this age, in line with Philippine regulations on online gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal. It is your responsibility to verify that participating on Win Time does not violate any laws in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any such person associated with Win Time or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or gambling restriction issued by a regulatory authority.

Win Time reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. If a player fails to provide acceptable documentation within the timeframe specified by Win Time, their account may be suspended until verification is complete.

When you register on Win Time, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Win Time account. Registering multiple accounts — whether to circumvent a suspension, claim bonuses multiple times, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Win Time account credentials.
• You must not share your login details with any other person for any reason.
• You must notify Win Time immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Win Time will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication doing so should be treated as fraudulent.

Win Time supports a range of payment methods suited to Filipino players, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits: Funds are credited to your Win Time account as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, starting from as low as ₱100 for e-wallet transfers. Win Time does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Win Time reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawal requests.
• Processing times: GCash/Maya within 1 hour; bank transfers within 1–3 hours on business days.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if there are any active investigations related to your account.

Win Time offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time, unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Win Time reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and currently being wagered.
• Attempting to abuse promotions — such as registering multiple accounts, coordinating with other players, or using irregular betting patterns to reduce risk — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may lead to account termination.
• Free spin winnings are typically credited as bonus funds and subject to wagering requirements, unless the promotion clearly states they are cash.

All games available on Win Time are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Win Time does not and cannot influence individual game results.

Sports betting settlement: Bets on Win Time's sportsbook are settled based on the official result provided by the relevant sporting authority or league. In cases of event cancellation or postponement, bets may be voided and stakes returned at Win Time's discretion.

Malfunction policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that affects a game outcome, Win Time reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet. Any credits or winnings generated as a result of a documented malfunction may be removed from player accounts. Win Time will always act in good faith in these situations.

• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before beginning any game session.
• Win Time is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by the player's device or network provider.
• All completed bets are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed by the system.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Win Time. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to manipulate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes in any game, particularly poker or live table games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes. If you discover a bug, you are required to report it to Win Time immediately.
• Using Win Time for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Registering an account with false or stolen identity information.
• Accessing your account while subject to a self-exclusion order or while playing on behalf of another person who is excluded.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward Win Time staff or other players.

All content on Win Time — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of Win Time or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any Win Time content for commercial purposes without our express written permission. Linking to Win Time from external websites requires prior approval. Unauthorised use of Win Time's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Win Time is committed to protecting your personal data. How we collect, store, and use your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using Win Time, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

In summary: Win Time collects only the personal information necessary to operate your account and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption and access controls.

Win Time provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted experience, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, or delays.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Win Time shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds or missed opportunities resulting from platform downtime or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of Win Time.
• Losses caused by your failure to secure your account credentials or your device.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers or game suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms limits Win Time's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Win Time reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• A regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Players may also voluntarily close their Win Time account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any amounts under investigation) will be refunded via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Win Time may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Win Time platform at least seven (7) days before they take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of Win Time following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any revised Terms, you should stop using Win Time and contact our support team to close your account and retrieve your available balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Win Time shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts, unless resolved earlier through our internal dispute resolution process.
